He may be talkative, but he means well, even if it does get annoying every now and then." She said, trying to ease the tension. "Finally!" Shrek sighs constantly as Morgan looked at him from behind. "Shrek, ease up. Your loss!" "I’m gonna just stop talking!" Donkey declares out loud, much to their collective relief. See, this is why nobody likes ogres. All right. "Are we there yet? Hey, that's not funny! Hey, that's really immature. "Are we there yet?" "No!" "Are we there yet?" "No, we are not!" "Are we there yet?!" "NO!!!" Shrek, Fiona, and Morgan yelled in unison, finally reaching their limits of their patience as they stood quiet for a second.īut then, Donkey and Shrek started mimicking each other, trying to get on the other's nerves. "Yes." "Really?" "No!" Again and again, this would repeat as it seems like they were traveling in circles. ![]() Afterwards, they head down a rocky path between two cliffs. "Are we there yet?" Donkey questions for the 50th time now, but this time, Shrek plays along for a second as he responds sarcastically. Soon, they head through a snowy forest and, big surprise, Donkey again asks, "Are we there yet?" "No." Fiona spoke, feeling her patience, along with the others, being tested. "Not yet." Fiona told him, just as later still, they travel through snowy mountains. "Hey, are we there yet?" The donkey "Not even close." Morgan answered him, clutching her cloak close to try to keep warm from the snow. "Are we there yet?" Donkey again asked, huddling with Morgan, who was sitting with him in the back of the carriage, under the cloak she took with her. "Are we there yet?" He asked them as Shrek was the first to respond to him. "No." Later, they head through mountains as rain pours down. A few hours afterward, they pass a sign that says, "700 miles to Far Far Away", and needless to say, Donkey quickly became bored. ![]()
